What is your role?
“I am the officer in charge of recruitment for Fall 2025! I make sure all of our events are planned during recruitment and that everything runs smoothly. I am also the main point of contact for anyone interested in membership.”
What are you most excited about this recruitment season?
“Meeting new members! I am so excited to get to know new people and share more about our chapter.”
Why did you join DSP?
“I wanted to find more individuals in Lubar who were like me, always looking for advancement and wanting better for themselves and others.”
What has been a highlight of the Xi-Chi Chapter?
“One of my highlights was Brothersgiving, where we all got together for a potluck during the holidays and celebrated before leaving for winter break. It was great seeing everyone outside of Lubar.”

Professional/Social Network, Professional Development: Over 50% of our members have internship experience with Milwaukee companies.

Both function very similarly, but we have an added focus on career operations, lower costs, and still have social/networking opportunities.
